Warranty Terms

At The Rajput Company, we take pride in our transparency and commitment to quality. Every kada is crafted using the finest metals, and we stand by the purity of our work.

We assure you that all kada from our Brass, Copper, Bronze, Stainless Steel 316, Aluminium, and Titanium collections are made with the best quality metals.
If any kada from these collections rusts, we will happily provide you with an exchange, upon presenting a valid proof of purchase.

Exclusions

To maintain fairness and clarity, please note:

Corrosion caused by natural oxidization is excluded, as it is a natural process that occurs over time.
Copper, Brass, and Bronze may develop stains due to their natural properties. These are not considered rusting, as such stains can be easily cleansed.
Sarbloh (pure iron) kada is exempted from this warranty, as iron is naturally prone to rusting. However, it can be easily cleaned and maintained.
Natural tarnishing over time, especially due to rough usage, is expected and does not qualify as rusting.
