Replacements or Refunds are only applicable if you received
1) Different size from what you mentioned or ordered (So carefully measure your size)
2) Faulty / Damaged Piece
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As the product is customised i.e Laser Engraved, so returns or refunds are not applicable for those products.
However if there a is mistake from our end i.e If mistakenly you received wrong size or damaged good, we would happily provide you hassle free returns or refunds on provision with necessary proofs
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
